Booking & Cancellation
Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellation: 100% refund if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days prior. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.
No-Show: In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Check-out Time
10:00 AM
Late check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
General Rules
- Valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests.
- Pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor public areas.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the restaurant area.
- Please maintain silence in corridors after 10:00 PM.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
