3. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hotel management is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will be charged to the guest's account.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Himalayan Majesty is located in a remote mountain region. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, or local infrastructure failures beyond our control.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Uttarakhand.
